John Avolio is my alias. A part of me that started when I was 8 and received my first mixer. Then the passion never left.

Starting as an amateur in South of France to became professional in China. I played in the most exquisite clubs of Shanghai and of course as a resident DJ of the infamous Bar Rouge.

As generalist DJ, with a fondness in house music and techno, I am also a turntablist and proudly surfing on the vinyl comeback trend these days.

I also use John Avolio as my project folder for other “carte blanche” personal creative concepts like photo and video productions.
